Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have a minimum Graduation Degree with a specialization in marketing from prestigious local universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary and secondary sales: Ensure area wise primary & secondary sales and revenue target.
∎ Coverage: Expand geographical coverage and acquisition of new distributors.
∎ PJP: Manage daily route as per Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
∎ Sales representative: Manage own distributors sales representative/SPO successfully.
∎ product placement: Ensure targeted product lifting from warehouse and placement through distributors.
∎ Sales KPI: Formulate sales KPI and monitor team performance as per the given KPI.
∎ Coach & train TSM/SPO & distributors resources: Lead a team of TSM & distributors and ensure coaching succession plan in with business target.
∎ BTL planning & execution: Strategy and plan of BTL promotion for the distributors to meet national sales wise
∎ Area business planning: Formulate area business plan as per area wise business target.
∎ Distributors' ROI: Monitor and ensure financials of distributors ROI regularly.
∎ Control unfair business: Control unfair business in the assigned area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 years, having experience in - FMCG sales.
∎ Experience in FMCG/Multinational - companies.
∎ Experience in the Oil and cosmetics industries will get a preference.
Salary: Negotiable
