∎ The incumbent must have minimum BBA degree from prestigious local/foreign universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product availability in untapped market, commission-based sales.
∎ Expansion of effective coverage through retailers.
∎ Lead develops and monitor distributor's field force to ensure sales target achievement.
∎ Ensure after sales service with the coordination of service operations team
∎ Execution of Trade /BTL promotion
∎ Retail coverage expansion and service development
∎ Execute new project and develop process guided by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-8 years, having experience in FMCG retail sales of which 3 years in rural sales.
∎ Should have extensive understanding in Distribution & Channel sales
∎ Excellent communication skill
