Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible geographic area
∎ Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
∎ Provide guidance to team members on daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
∎ Develop team members to ensure better performance from them
∎ Manage Dealers in order to maximize product availability in the market
∎ Drive level best effort to resolve market related problems which is raised from customer and end-user level
∎ Maintain credit norms and ensure collection of credit amount as appropriate
