Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales targets for individual TSO and his team as a whole
∎ Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales of responsible geographic area
∎ Plan to ensure achievement of assigned area target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
∎ Provide guidance to sales team on daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
∎ Properly monitor & follow up sales team member daily activity
∎ Regularly visit key account & workshop along with TSO
∎ Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales team; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and application process
∎ Execute trade marketing activities in effective & efficient manner.
∎ Ensure numeric & weighted distribution
∎ Drive level best effort to resolve market related problem which is raise from customer & end-user level.
∎ Need any assistance to resolve market related problem instantly escalate immediate supervisor.
∎ Execute demand generation activities (Demonstration, Promotional activities).
∎ Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Develop strategies including trade promotion, consumer satisfaction and retention to maximize sales.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities.
∎ Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.
∎ Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
∎ Operational works as per supervisor instructions (if needed).
∎ Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales team performance.
∎ Evaluate past performance of sales & assess present & future trends.
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
∎ Monitor, supervise & train up the sales team.
∎ Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve to meet organizational goal.
∎ Manage Sales team to ensure people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
∎ Initiate manpower planning as per market potential & coverage.
∎ Share innovative idea for sales team motivation it any be financial or non-financial.
∎ Maintain credit norms & ensure collection of credit amount as per management approved norms.
∎ As per management guideline deposit credit amount as earliest possible time.
∎ As per management guideline search & appoint appropriate dealer to mitigate risk factor for market credit.
∎ To confirm dealer's/corporate customer's balance need to take dully sign form customer in balance confirmation sheet & send back to accounts department.
∎ Provide competitor feedback in terms of their products, dealers, price, promotional activities or any other marketing strategies.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Collect customer (Dealer, Workshop, Corporate Organization) satisfaction letter from valued customer & submit it half early basis.
∎ Provide feedback to company about competitors activities.
∎ Execute delivery order in both format hard copy & ERP.
∎ Prepare assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
∎ Claim & submit expense bill on time as per policy.
∎ Prepare any other report or information which is assigned by line manager.
∎ Supervise all administrative work for office.
∎ Maintain stock at warehouse for smooth delivery.
∎ Maintain stock requisition for warehouse.
∎ Supervise all kind of manpower for smooth operation at office.
∎ Look after safety security of warehouse & office.
∎ Other operational works as per supervisor instructions (if needed).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
