∎ Graduation in Business Administration from reputed institutions (Major in Marketing will get preference).

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop roadmap and plan to achieve desired sales results in Modern Trade Channel through focusing on effective market presence and consumer compelling sales and marketing activities through efficient utilization of people, distribution capability and marketing budget.
∎ Drive joint business plan with key accounts to set the account wise objective and develop the tools to achieve the same.
∎ Coordinate with Sales, Distribution and Marketing leadership team to deliver right distribution and promotion plans for both short and long term.
∎ Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with respective Key account’s management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation.
∎ Drive product trial generation to potential customers and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Implement Sales Strategy for modern trade to maximize both primary and secondary sales achievement.
∎ Build a robust Sales & Distribution infrastructure for MT
∎ Develop coverage expansion plans and guide team members in driving achievement of the same;
∎ Guide team in building relationships with channel partners; proactively participate in building relationships with critical partners
∎ Drive visibility initiatives and trade promotions in line with the marketing plan
∎ Liaise with the customers and credit management team to assist efficient credit management
∎ Interact with MT partners on a regular basis and seek feedback; address any grievances in a timely and prompt manner
∎ Oversee timely submission of required data to Sales leadership on monthly basis - sales monthly reports, Partner’s claims, team expenses etc.
∎ Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way, ensuring full compliance with company’s Code of Conduct and local laws
∎ Set individual sales targets, performance plans, and rigorous objective standards for team members
∎ Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
∎ Collaborate with marketing team to develop trial generation plans.
∎ Track sales performance as per area and product categories and share with company leadership.
∎ Collect regular market feedback to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers or any other sales activities and the behavior of Bengal Meat’s brands’ target customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Market & Consumer insight, Product knowledge, Sales & CRM Technology, Modern Trade Network, BSTI and National Food Safety Authority Regulations, HACCP & Halal related regulations, Culinary knowledge, FMCG Sales Dynamics
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing both Bangla and English.
∎ Must have very strong Negotiation Skill
∎ Sound interpersonal and influencing skills.
∎ Leadership traits to develop high performance team
∎ 'Challenge seeker' with 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Innovative
∎ Good at Budgeting & forecasting
∎ Comfortable with IT application
