Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Supervising area sales and distribution team for smooth daily operation.
∎ Regular full time market visit to build relationship with the retailer, identify market gaps, train the sales team, and increase the effective coverage and distribution.
∎ Appointing new dealers in gap areas to increase coverage.
∎ Handle multi-Product Business Operation and taking proactive decisions.
∎ Sales forecasting and planning.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with the other internal and external stakeholders to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goal.
∎ Daily secondary sales monitoring from Sales Software, provide required feedback to the sales team, follow up and evaluate, and take corrective actions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Excellent knowledge in excel
∎ Able to work independently and as a part of team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and time bound.
∎ Motorbike driving ability with valid license.
∎ Knowledge on Sales Automation Software
