Home appliance product Selling, Retail Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute plans to achieve monthly sales targets and meet product-wise sales goals.
∎ Implement proactive measures for the timely collection of market dues.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive database of distributors/retailers within the assigned area.
∎ Identify gap markets and increase sales by opening new distributors.
∎ Ensure sales growth in assigned areas by product segments. Also, analyze the previous 6-month or 1-year sales data to identify the sales condition of any product/model and take steps for improvement.
∎ Gather comprehensive data on competitors who offer similar products in the market and strategically distribute our products within the 70% retailer circle.
∎ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features of home appliance products.
∎ Ensure the regular updating of distributor records within your designated area as per the timeframe.
∎ Inform all official policies and procedures to distributors and retailers.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and foster market growth.
∎ Provide comprehensive support to distributors facing challenges with party market dues and balance transfers.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
∎ Assist all team members in various tasks, including logistics and overall activities.
∎ Be responsible for monthly tour planning, entering tour expenses, placing orders, recording collections, and tracking attendance.
∎ Complete any other task given by the reporting.
