Job Context:
∎ - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ - Making weekly sales reports and submitting to the head of sales or the Management consecutively .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Managing wholesale, Dealer by objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.
∎ - Communicating on a daily basis with the various dealers in the region and sorting any issues that may arise.
∎ - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
