Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & achieve the primary & secondary sales target.
∎ Through distribution, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
∎ Continuous & relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales calls & promotional sales activities.
∎ Providing necessary training for the sales team.
∎ Effectively control the vendor's performance.
∎ Set performance norms for the VP/ SR & monitor their performance
∎ Help to prepare VP/ SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day to day operation at regular intervals.
∎ Self-driven in sales.
∎ Explore new markets.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with existing & new customers to create & develop the market.
∎ To take the overall responsibilities of increasing business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Those who are working in Modern Trade at Chattagram, Sylhet, Cumilla division can be considered with 3 years.
∎ Coca-cola, Pepsi, Akiz Beverages & Pran RFL Beverages' work experience will get preference.
∎ Able to take a challenge in the new environment.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Decent personality and strong leadership capacity.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge and interest in the relevant industry/ product.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well.
∎ Ability to build an effective team.
∎ Result oriented.
