Responsibilities & Context:
As a Area Sales Manager for Mustard Oil, Mosquito Coil & Other Consumer Goods your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Managing and leading the Dealers & Distributors and derive performance and meet objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and ways to expand market share.
- Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Collects dues on time.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales progress and strategies.
