To scale up the venture and become the most admired and bestselling tea company in Bangladesh with highest global standards, we need someone to help us increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities in Retail market.
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales driven person to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies in retail market of Dhaka District. The responsibilities include recommending ways to improve operations planning and focus on building and guiding relationships both internally and externally with sales and marketing teams, retailers, distributors and customers. ASM should also be able to assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data.
∎ Think & work strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
∎ Onboard and create distributor and retailer network in respective area and generate primary and secondary sales within shortest possible time.
∎ Achieve sales goals and collection target for the respective sales channels.
∎ Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan and target.
∎ To drive for sales collection both current and dues from the market with monthly reporting.
∎ To analyze stock count and movement at distributor point and ensure availability of products at retail sales points.
∎ Help head of business development in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
∎ Explore and create new sales territories as per market & growth need.
∎ Develop and implement sales practices, methodology, tools and tactics.
∎ Develop tools to measure and improve sales performance.
∎ Regular market visit and maintaining healthy business relationship with existing stakeholders, retailers and distributors.
∎ To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them to achieve territory and area wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
∎ To lead the sales team by evaluating their skills, identify training need, setting KPI and to train them to achieve desired performance.
∎ Coordinate with technical team to develop proper monitoring and reporting system of all the activities and performance of the sales team in line to set KPI and Company objectives and targets.
∎ Ensure periodic Market and customer centric data collection, compilation and reporting to the Strategic management team to influence new and innovative marketing ideas to enhance brand and sales value.
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
∎ Assist in the development of sales incentive programs and standards for performance

Now from 2016, this garden started producing finest quality Green Tea at small scale, which soon would be available for local market as well as export to Middle East and Europe.
