• Minimum HSC/Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Candidate must have minimum 7/10 years experience in Area Sales Manager (ASM) position.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Candidate Must have Practical experience in Cosmetic Related Company (Please do not apply if you have no COSMETIC Related Experience)

We are looking for an extroverted employee who will be able to perform the entire task related to the Sales & marketing.

• Have the ability to lead a team.
• Achieve the Monthly Sales & Collection Target.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Good communication skills.
• Depth of knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
• Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients .
• Outstanding communication, amicable and leadership skills, good presentable experience.
• Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
• Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
• Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under the pressured situation.

Salary:

• Salary (Basic 30000-35000), It can be basic salary tk 40000 depends on experiance & quality.
