∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute to achieve sales target within the area.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products & services or other subjects of sales.
∎ Review operational records and provide reports to the head of sales on sales target to determine profitability.
∎ Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record keeping.
∎ Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
∎ Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the customer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the juniors to achieve sales target
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be target oriented and have leadership quality to lead the team.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
