Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgeted and individual sales volume
∎ Formulate Key Account planning to serve targeted market/segments through proper sales visits, product positioning, and follow-up, geared to grow & existing customers with sustainable growth.
∎ To manage a portfolio of strategic Key Business partners that drive high volume & revenue.
∎ Responsible for developing business in distributors & retail Segments, end-users labels & all types of Projects.
∎ Fully Accountable for the assigned Key Accounts performing to financial and business objectives.
∎ Establish and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, owners of end-users, engineers, and related to business all key decision-makers to develop business.
∎ Ensuring Account growth by integrated account planning in close collaboration with Key Partners.
∎ Closely work with Cross-functional Team (Logistics, Finance & Marketing).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent in Selling skill & Negotiation skill.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
∎ Good communicator both in Bangla and English

Salary: Negotiable
