Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary and secondary target achievement
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
∎ Evaluating distributors' ROI
∎ Distributor performance identification, tracking and maintaining
∎ Managing and increasing coverage
∎ Channel Management
∎ Cost Management
∎ Month wise business forecasting
∎ Bench-marking previous year's data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
∎ Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
∎ Allocate manpower in different areas depending on the individual capabilities
∎ Set KPI for DSR
∎ Mentor and motivate team members ensuring sales, business generation and achieving budgeted figures
∎ Training DSR to develop requisite skills and guiding poor performers
∎ Conducting training on product Knowledge, lead prospecting and closing skills
∎ Retail & SIS management.
∎ Organization Development/Process Improvement.
