Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ This is a transferable job and candidate should be flexible.
∎ Being a target oriented job it requires extra time effort in the market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for execution and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plan.
∎ Achieving Secondary sales target in assigned area.
∎ Supervising, managing and coaching a team of Pre-Sales Representatives (PSR).
∎ Presenting effective sales reports to immediate supervisors (ASM)
∎ Ensuring the execution of Trade Promotions, Trade Marketing initiatives and Schemes.
∎ Keeping updated with Market Intelligence and making the best use of it in assigned area.
∎ Exploring new and potential markets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years of experience should be in similar position.
∎ Good Communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Flexibility to be transferred to anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
