∎ Develop and implement area-specific marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the overall company objectives.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the assigned region and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, media outlets, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Organize and execute regional promotional activities, events, and product launches.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
∎ Monitor customer feedback and adapt marketing initiatives to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the central marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and regions.
