Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline Preferably in Social Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have 13 year’s thorough knowledge of land acquisition process and functionaries
∎ Thorough knowledge of resettlement works and its implications in development Projects
∎ Practical experience relating to involuntary Resettlement and knowledge of conducting meetings, FDGs and Team building
∎ Experience of mobilizing community participation in development programs
∎ Experience of conducting meeting of joint Verification Committee (JVC), property valuation Advisory Committee (PVAC), Grievance Redress Committee (GRC).
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years experience in Resettlement and 8 years experience in general activities will be given preference
∎ Have a motorcycle dive with valid driving license
∎ Computer skill in Office (MS word) PowerPoint and Excel
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
