∎ Development of an entry level sales team who are highly skilled, knowledgeable and visionary about career progression in a pharmaceutical sales team.
∎ Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to doctors.
∎ Implementation of top management decision and promotional guideline in the field.
∎ To achieve sales target of area by ensuring achievement of individual team member.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team member.
∎ To apprise team members perfectly and to award them with fair adjustment.
∎ Development of relationship with top diabetologist and cardiologist of assigned territory.
