Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Commerce from any reputed university.
∎ Having completed PGD in Marketing will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Sales Personnel meets and exceeds sales objectives for his/her assigned territory by promoting and selling paints through professional sales techniques, product attributes, and long-term customer relationships. This position will be based out of various regions across the Bangladesh.
∎ Making area sales development plan for respective area.
∎ Making distributor and sales officer setup plan.
∎ Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales target.
∎ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting as per company requirements.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting area wise.
∎ Ensure sales growth and explore untapped market.
∎ Prepare sales report as per requirement of higher management and provide on time to concern authority(s)
∎ Monitoring and manage painter's, paint contractor and organize paint meet.
∎ Maintain good relation with distributor, subordinates, retailer.
∎ Mentor, motivate and guide team members to ensuring sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum Three/Four (3/4) years of industry related experience such as paints or credit sales preferred.
