∎ Job Summary: The Process Engineer at the Paints Factory is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the production processes. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and maintaining product quality standards. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the factory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality specifications and standards by monitoring and controlling key process parameters.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
∎ Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols and procedures to create a secure work environment. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures as needed.
∎ Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement projects.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process data, equipment manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
∎ Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production personnel to enhance their understanding of the manufacturing process and safety protocols.
∎ Environmental Compliance: Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with environmental regulations and implement eco-friendly practices wherever possible.
∎ Cost Management: Monitor and manage the budget for process-related activities, seeking cost-effective solutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment, for minimum 5yrs
∎ Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices is a plus
