∎ Job Location: 383, Satarkul Road, (1st Floor of Monpura School) Badda, Dhaka-1212
∎ One person will be taken in each district

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be interested in working in their district with CNC or wood designed machines.
∎ To Plan, Organize and Monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective, Planning developing implementing sales operation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of product launching and promotional activities.
∎ To collect regular market feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, Provide strategic guidelines for upgrading weak markets to get better performance.
∎ To keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job, providing effective training to all levels of team members.
∎ To efficient and effective credit management to getting output for the business.
∎ To strong network building in the segment of traders and end-users.
∎ To keep up-to-date information of competitors' products and ensure fair communication from customer to management and management to customers.
∎ To minimize all sales-related issues by coordinating with other departments.
∎ Follow company Policies and Procedures and Instructions related to the area of responsibility
∎ Ensure Area/Territory sales target and Evaluate agent & dealer performance;
∎ Collect regular market feedback & report to Head office;
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management;
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Imported Machineries sales & Marketing
∎ Male & Female are allowed to apply and must be mentioned the post in the Application/ CV
∎ Experience in the field of Sales & Marketing Dept.
∎ Very Good Communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Smart, Presentable & Positive attitude.
