Experience:
5-10 years of experience in sales marketing with distribution management in lubricant industry.
Develop and execute an effective sales strategy for the assigned area to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and track the performance of the sales team and ensure targets are achieved.
Conduct regular performance reviews and take corrective actions when necessary.
Drive market penetration for Benzol Lubricants across retail, industrial, and automotive sectors.
Identify and capture new business opportunities, including new clients and untapped markets.
Ensure strong relationships with key accounts and customers in the area.
Lead and manage a team of Territory Managers and Sales Officers to ensure productivity and performance.
Provide training, motivation, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies and guidelines.
Oversee the recruitment and management of distributors and dealers in the area.
Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and resolve any issues regarding stock, delivery, or sales performance.
Ensure effective stock management and timely product deliveries to partners.
Implement and drive local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized strategies and events for product promotion.
Ensure that Benzol Lubricants branding is consistently visible across key retail and distribution points.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to gather valuable insights.
Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
Identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including corporate accounts and large dealers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and all regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team.
