∎ BBA/ MBA preferred from a reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure business target both in pairs & turnover
∎ Keep a record of stock movement and outlet stock within outlets.
∎ To review the performance of store manager and sales associates and propose necessary actions where needed. To ensure store administration including sales floor, stockroom, and furniture/fixtures, etc., and properly maintained as per PUMA Standard and Guideline.
∎ Always maintain outlet ambiance neat and clean as per PUMA guideline and standard
∎ To monitor and report Sales associate’s traveling, monthly sales, outlet expenses,s and petty cash with the assistance of the store manager.
∎ Make sure outlet rent requisition, electric bill, trade license and, other bills and documents are submitted before due date and also renewed before expire date.
∎ Generate monthly sales reports for each outlet separately and submit them to the relevant authority before the deadline.
∎ To assist/conduct Product physical inventory in each outlet at least once every month and make reports accordingly.
∎ To open new outlets in potential business hub and explore new business opportunity by establishing new outlets in potential location with approval from the department.
∎ To maintain Visual merchandise as per puma instruction and standard.
∎ Successfully execute any campaign propose by management.
∎ To visit outlets on regular basis as per traveling plan and monitor sales activity in the outlet
∎ To ensure FIFO policy is maintained properly in the outlet.
∎ To carry out inter-transfer of goods among outlet where needed with approval of the department.
∎ Develop business opportunities through institutional sales.
∎ Any other specific tasks/jobs assigned by the department manager at any time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
∎ Females are also encouraged to apply
∎ Self-motivated, Team player, a good understanding of business and market, good negotiation skills
∎ Can-do attitude, thinking out of the box.
