The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): retail sales, lifestyles brands, footwear/apparel retail sales etc.
Dynamic, independent, ambitious, team player and target oriented incumbent is required for this position.
Lead and manage the retail store`s operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.
Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike and Bugatti’s brand values, and service standards.
Train and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.
Handle inventory management, monitoring stock level, ordering, and organizing.
Responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Maintain the physical condition of the store according to relevant guidelines and promptly communicate maintenance needs to Store Management.
Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
