• Age 23 to 36 years

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers at all levels.

• Must have good analytical skills with a strong background in quantitative analysis and problem-solving.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional expertise in MS Excel is require for this position.

• The applicants must have experience in the following business area(s): retail sales, lifestyles brands, footwear/apparel retail sales etc.

• Dynamic, independent, ambitious, team player and target oriented incumbent is required for this position.

• Lead and manage the retail store`s operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.

• Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales.

• Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.  

• Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike and Bugatti’s brand values, and service standards.

• Train and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.

• Handle inventory management, monitoring stock level, ordering, and organizing.

• Responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.

• Maintain the physical condition of the store according to relevant guidelines and promptly communicate maintenance needs to Store Management.  

• Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
