∎ Professional expertise in MS Excel is require for this position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the retail store's operations, ensuring optimal functioning and visual appeal.
∎ Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and sales.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and ensure the team is well-versed in product features and benefits.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
∎ Provide consistently high customer experience standards within the Store by PUMA, Levi’s, Adidas, Nike and Bugatti’s brand values, and service standards.
∎ Train and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and high performance.
∎ Handle inventory management, monitoring stock level, ordering, and organizing.
∎ Responsible for the execution and processing of both incoming and outgoing merchandise.
∎ Maintain the physical condition of the store according to relevant guidelines and promptly communicate maintenance needs to Store Management.
∎ Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal standards.
