Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline(Preferably Social Science)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the Resettlement Plan.
∎ Take lead role in conducting campaign, consultation meeting, FGD;
∎ Establish working relationship with the local community leaders; traditional leaders, women's leaders, elected representatives, community based organizations, NGOs and other organizations active in the area.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with local government officers (DC Office) responsible for resettlement related issues.
∎ Assist EP's in getting CCL & other benefits.
∎ Prepare file for payment of Project benefit.
∎ Take proactive role in organizing and function of various committees like PVAC, JVC, GRC,RAC;
∎ Support and supervise all the field staff posted in his/her area of assignment & lead the team;
∎ Maintain data and records for reporting to the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age: 30-45.
∎ At least 13 years' Service experience. Out of that minimum 5 years' experience in resettlement field
∎ Additional degree/ Diploma holders will have competition advantage
∎ A good command in both spoken and written English & Bengali.
∎ Good command in computer literacy.
∎ Resourceful with excellent trouble shooting & problem solving skill.
∎ Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.
∎ Positive mind set of working under minimum supervision & strong sense of responsibility
∎ Contract Duration: Initially 02(Two) years. May be extended
Salary:
∎ 30,000/-+ Negotiable.
