Campaign Management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Grocery item Sales, Team Management and leadership

Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for sales activities, regular market visit, communicating with retailers and develop new area-wise sales points.
∎ Creating new markets and dealers, follow up accordingly.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary information, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Monitoring and Leading own sales team to achieve overall company goal.
∎ Tracking, recording & reporting own sales team's activity on daily basis.
∎ Daily and monthly reporting to higher authority.
∎ Making Strategic Plan for market growth.
∎ Training up own sales team for improvement of performance .
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have strong mentality to visit market daily.
∎ Applicant have to reside in a nearby location of his assigned area.
∎ This job is not for freshers.
∎ Experience of working with prominent FMCG & Commodity Marketing Companies will be preferred.

∎ Must have experience of motor bike riding with valid license.
∎ Must have standard computer knowledge on Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS- Excel) & email
∎ Candidates having working experience in Uttara, Airport, Khilkhet, Kuril, Bashundara, Narda, Badda, Rampura and adjacent areas will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 2
