∎ Masters in any discipline / MBA major in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Marketing, Market Research, Public Relation, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Develop and execute Sales and Distribution Strategy.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management to get management in the depot for the business.
∎ Use leadership technique to motivate and develop people. Identify the training needs of our associates and implementing training programs to build professionals skill and knowledge.
∎ Communicating with business clients regularly.
∎ Implement and support to all marketing communication strategies.
∎ Incumbent will monitor the mobility of concern area field sale forces, trouble shooting and remove any discrepancies in field sales.
∎ Prepare market activity/monitoring plan with guidance of immediate boss/superior and report submit.
∎ Analyzing market information on competitor's activities to suitably refine the sales strategy.
∎ Overall responsibility is to achieve given monthly/quarterly/annual sales and collection target.
∎ Expand to new market areas and increase sales volume.
∎ Monitoring the team regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing will be given preference.
∎ Must be energetic & able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be ready to be transferred permanently anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirements.
∎ Willingness to Travel frequently all over the country.
∎ You must be a highly-motivated individual.
∎ Willing to continually learn new skills and prepared to work hard and smart.
