Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve & exceed area sales target of the assigned area.
Monitor sales performance of Product Associates in the assigned area.
Supervise, motivate & support the team.
Conduct regular field visits with team members, promoting dermo-cosmetics & pharmaceutical products to the target doctors and generating demands through prescriptions.
Develop & maintain professional relationship with customers & clients.
Analyze competitor activities & market trends.
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts & performance reviews to senior management.
Ensure team activities comply with company policies.
To do any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Marketing Supervisor.
