∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that store managers and sales personnel provide a high calibre of service to the customer.
∎ Ensure that customer’s claims are settled properly and promptly.
∎ To ensure maximum utilization of stock by continuous regrouping (TRF)
∎ To liaison with distributers about area trends and area needs.
∎ To prepare proposal for No. of lines & set stock standard for each store each season working with store managers.
∎ To follow up to ensure that stocks in store are accordingly to standards and sufficient to achiever over 100% target.
∎ To ensure that no merchandiser in stock in store in one years or older.
∎ To contribute towards the development, improvement and upgrading of design through providing market information and competitors activities
∎ To organize sales meeting with store managers
∎ To ensure that Company policy and circulars on interior and window displays are followed
∎ To organized display and sales training meeting as a follow up of each major promotion
∎ Follow-up product steaming and stacking
∎ Regular checking hanger size tag with products
∎ Follow up store managers on seasonal display changes so they are made as instructed and on time
∎ To personally inspect regular all shop within the area to ensure compliance with company standard
∎ To ensure that store operation expenses is kept to a minimum and not higher than last year
∎ To emphasize cost efficiencies to all store managers and to look carefully at all expenses
∎ To check the cash and banking deposit
∎ To constantly look for potential new locations & submit proposals for opening new outlet
∎ To propose justification for new renovation of existing outlet
∎ To Stablish travel, plan and weekly/monthly working program and submit in advance to the GM sales for approval
∎ To ensure that every product in display area, stock room are cleaned on regular basis with proper cleaning materials
∎ To ensure that the premises, signs, furniture’s and equipment’s are well maintained and in perfect condition in all the outlets
∎ To study and report activities of competitors in each location
∎ To regularly follow up about safety and security of each outlet
∎ Any other job entrusted to you by the GM Sales from time to time
