∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
∎ Monitor sales regarding team building, prescription target achievement, promotional activities & sales achievement.
∎ Motivating, leading and directing total team members and able to achieve company set objectives including sales and collections target in respective area.
∎ Coordinates the daily work plan, monthly report, expense bills and orders for goods supply of his subordinates regularly assuring the optimum level of perfection in each area.
∎ Develop and manage a sales team in order to achieve sales & productivity target and meet other corporate objectives
∎ Train & assist sales colleagues to improve their technical & selling skills
∎ Monitoring of market dues
∎ Customer relationship management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Honest, dynamic, hardworking, self-driven attitude, willing to learn,result-oriented.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively
∎ Willingness to acquire scientific knowledge and interest for scientific based promotion strategies.
