Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company’s goals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and field support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, rheumatologists, and healthcare institutions.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure proper execution of marketing and promotional strategies in the field.
Conduct regular joint field visits and team meetings to drive engagement and accountability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
