MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In accordance with programme policy and strategies, facilitate implementation of planned activities collaboratively with the Divisional Manager in the assigned Areas (2-3) to ensure achievement of all project (SPA and other donor projects) objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. Take data driven decision making to provide constructive inputs for improvement of the programme.
Monitor and track the achievement of targeted activities of community & facility and provide supportive supervision to the team members.
Ensure that program activities meet BRAC's quality standards and guidelines, including compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Manage the allocated budget for the projects in the assigned Areas and ensure responsible use of resources.
Identify training needs within the team and provide or facilitate training and professional development opportunities.
Promote an enabling environment at local field offices by ensuring smooth implementation of HRPP, Gender and other organizational policies.
Ensure quality of service delivery at community & facility.
Ensure smooth supply chain and inventory management in the assigned Areas
Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance.
Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders or partners, e.g. BRAC other programme, MOH&FW, other NGOs and Hospitals.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIESE:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
