Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be Graduate / Masters in any discipline/ preferably MBA (Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility.
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales.
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment from distributors and receiving claim adjustment.
∎ Ensuring coverage and availability as per the norms & resolving problem at immediate subordinate & out-level.
∎ Training the Sales Representatives in their daily activities and communicating all the promotional schemes to the subordinates, retailers and distributors.
∎ Setting monthly target territory wise.
∎ Searching of new distributor for gap market.
∎ Attend meetings as required.
∎ Supervise & physically attend promotional activities & ensure regular field visit to achieve company goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 years experience in the same position
∎ Experience in any Agro based Food & Beverage Company
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented & diligent
∎ Organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure
∎ The incumbent should be self -driven, hard working & willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary, TA+DA, Mobile Allowance, Target Based Incentives, Sales Commission, Festival Bonus (Subject to completion of six months)
