Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Herbal Medicine

• Bachelor/Honors

• Post-Graduation / Graduation in any discipline (Preferable in Marketing).

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Herbal Medicine

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Good Communication skill both in English & Bengali.

• Postage good health.

Experience Requirement

• At least 2-3 years working experiences in any pharmaceuticals or Unani company in same post or as a Sr. MPO at least 5 years working experiences in any pharmaceuticals company.

• The applicant should have experienced in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical / medicine companies, Herbal Medicine.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coach Medical Promotion Officers in the assigned territory.

• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

• Conduct regular field visits with MPOs to monitor performance and guide them on scientific/product detailing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and institutions.

• Ensure proper implementation of product campaigns, sampling, CME programs, and promotional strategies.

• Analyze territory-wise sales trends, prescription generation, and competitor activity.

• Manage territory budgets, stock availability, and distribution coordination.

• Prepare periodic performance reports and share insights with regional or head office management.
