∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plan for penetration of products in the market.
∎ Assist in selecting the dealers and distributors.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities.
∎ Assist in designing incentive plan for the dealers and distributors.
∎ Conduct regular marketing research with an objective to remain updated about the industry.
∎ Collect competitors' information on regular basis and send time to time information to the Marketing Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Agro business is preferred
∎ Good knowledge in agricultural products
∎ Result-oriented and customer focused
∎ Ability to work under stress
∎ Willing to extensive traveling
