Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from any UGC-approved reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor poultry feed sales and collect dealer status
∎ Deliver and report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
∎ Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor
∎ Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)
∎ Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed
∎ Give "FEEDBACK" to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market
∎ Monthly feed performance report sends to HO
∎ Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity
∎ Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Poultry
∎ Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Experience in Marketing and sales in relevant field
∎ Sound knowledge on Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/ Seed/ GM)
∎ Valid driver's license for motorbike riding and a clean driving record
