• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization, 3D rendering, or graphic presentation design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings, concept visualizations, and animation/walkthrough projects.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering software, and graphic design tools as outlined above.
• Excellent sense of design aesthetics, composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to bring architectural designs to life, with a strong focus on façade design elements.

• Contribute actively to the design process by providing creative input and design suggestions, especially related to building exteriors and visual aesthetics.

• Develop photorealistic visuals, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations, ensuring clear communication of design intent.

• Utilize advanced graphic design tools to create engaging and cohesive presentation materials that align with project objectives.

• Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW), 3D modeling tools (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD), and rendering engines (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).

• Support iterative design processes by producing quick sketches, digital mock-ups, and visual feedback, helping refine concepts throughout project development.

  Additional requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization, 3D rendering, or graphic presentation design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renderings, concept visualizations, and animation/walkthrough projects.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering software, and graphic design tools as outlined above.

• Excellent sense of design aesthetics, composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
