• Age At most 35 years

• Candidates should have knowledge in AUTO CAD, SKETCH UP, VRAY, LUMION, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR.

• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Good Planning and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

• Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.

• Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (Sketch up, Auto CAD, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray\ LUMION Render, Photoshop and other)

• Sound Knowledge in modern interior & exterior design concept.

• The architect must have strong capability on residence design, Office design, Resort design, Retail shop design, Restaurant design, Pavilion design with full working drawing.

• Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes

• Any Other Design related duties assigned by Management.

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill,Performance bonus,Profit share
