- Proficiency in Auto CAD
- 3D modeling & rendering.
- Architectural Design.
- Real Estate Project Development.
- Sketch Up
- Photoshop, MS Word & MS Excel
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials & building system.
- Sound knowledge in Real Estate Developer.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Create detailed architectural drawing & 3D models using relevant software.
- Refine & evolve designs across all project stage, considering function, aesthetics, space utilization & user experience.
- Effectively communicate design concepts & specification through presentation & documentation.
- Collaborate with design teams, engineers, contractors to ensure seamless condition & project success.
- Ensure compliance with local building code (B.N.B.C) zoning law’s & accessibility standard.
- Manage project budget, including cost tracking & financial reporting.
