Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receiving telephone calls, mails, e-mails and forward them to the appropriate destinations.
  • Applicant should have typing skill in Bengali & English.
  • Applicant should have maintaining good relation with customer.
  • Shall be capable of handling guests directly.
  • Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
  • Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of office.
  • Assisting in meeting arrangement and organizer catering.
