Responsibilities & Context: - Receiving telephone calls, mails, e-mails and forward them to the appropriate destinations.
- Applicant should have typing skill in Bengali & English.
- Applicant should have maintaining good relation with customer.
- Shall be capable of handling guests directly.
- Shall be Responsible to keep all types of record relating to Front / Reception Desk.
- Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of office.
- Assisting in meeting arrangement and organizer catering.
