Responsibilities & Context:
- Take client calls and provide clear information on products/services.
- Maintain a professional, persuasive, and friendly approach in every call.
- Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
- Convince potential customers to make purchases over the phone.
- Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
