Experience: B.Arch (1 to 2 Years), Diploma (3 to 4 Years) Skill- Auto Cad 2d design, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop,V Ray/Corona, Still Picture, Rendaring, Animation, Landscape.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise. Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (Auto CAD, Sketch-up with Lumion / 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Photoshop ) Sketch design detail, visualization, report writing with neat formatting presentation skills. Product research, building regulation requirements, detail Technical Drawings.
Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress.
Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation handover overview.
