• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• Age At least 20 years

Software:

• Sketchup, AutoCAD, D5, Lumion (Render & Animation), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior architects in brainstorming design concepts and presentations.

• Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, Layout, and technical specifications.

• Ensuring designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.

• Integrating innovative technologies and methods into design proposals.

• Managing project documentation, records, and correspondence.

• Assisting in client meetings, preparing presentations, and communicating updates effectively.

• Drafting & Documentation:

  • Create and modify comprehensive architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring all technical details are accurately represented.

  Design Integration:

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure all drawings are in full compliance with design intent and site-specific conditions.

  Site Coordination:

  • Conduct site visits as needed to take accurate measurements, monitor execution progress, and make necessary adjustments to drawings.

  Document Management:

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of design and construction-related documents for project use and records.

  Precision & Clarity:

  • Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy, ensuring all plans are clearly annotated, well-organized, and ready for use by the construction team.
