Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Passion for sustainable design and functional, innovative solutions.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (with 3D rendering skills).
∎ Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting, with an eye for detail and composition.
∎ Experience in preparing accurate working drawings and technical documentation.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with clients and contractors.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Software: Sketchup, AutoCAD, D5, Lumion(Render & Animation), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office.
∎ Develop 2D and 3D design plans, including working drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications.
∎ Create inspiring concept designs, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
∎ Manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and generate innovative design ideas.
∎ Stay goal-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond the 10-to-6
∎ Drafting & Documentation: Create and modify comprehensive architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring all technical details are accurately represented.
∎ Design Integration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure all drawings are in full compliance with design intent and site-specific conditions.
∎ Site Coordination: Conduct site visits as needed to take accurate measurements, monitor execution progress, and make necessary adjustments to drawings.
∎ Document Management: Assist in the preparation, compilation, and organization of design and construction-related documents for project use and records.
∎ Precision & Clarity: Maintain high standards of drawing accuracy, ensuring all plans are clearly annotated, well-organized, and ready for use by the construction team.
