Responsibilities & Context:

• Meet clients to understand project requirements, budget, and design goals

• Prepare architectural concepts, layout plans, and design drawings

• Develop detailed drawings, 3D views, and specifications for construction

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical engineers

• Prepare and review project cost estimates and material selections

• Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits from authorities

• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy

• Resolve design or construction issues during project execution

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Ensure quality control, sustainability, and efficient space utilization

• Maintain proper documentation and project records
