• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Skills Required: 3d max with vray rendering, 3DS MAX, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, LUMION, Rhino.

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and principles.
• Experience in construction coordination and site supervision is an asset.

• Prepare Architectural Design and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing 3D Visualization and client meeting/Presentation, Site Monitor & Supervise.

• Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

• Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design.

• Auto CAD.

• Sketch-up with Landscape Animation.

• 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render.

• Interior Design.

• Photoshop.

• RAJUK Drawing expert.

• Report writing with neat formatting presentation skills.

• Building regulation requirements.

• Detail Technical Drawings
