• Skills Required: AutoCAD, Interior Design The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior and Exterior Designing The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design Male & female both can allowed to apply.

• Must have experience in Auto CAD.

• Must have experience in 2D, 3Ds Max with Good V-Ray skills, Photoshop, Illustrator and other upgraded interior software.

• Must have knowledge of planning Interior Design for Residential, Office, and Commercial Spaces.

• Must have skill at developing concepts and understanding the detailed design & drawing.

• Must have the quality to monitor and supervise the project & service people. Self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure & punctual.

• Have appropriate knowledge of raw materials which can be used for modern furniture and interiors.

• Have appropriate knowledge of cost minimization techniques and proper application of these techniques to product development.

• Ability to work under pressure to meet production targets.

• Good communication skills (oral & written) in Bangla and English.

• Team player, self-motivated, positive attitude, result-oriented and work independently (if required)

• Prepare the interior design for all kind of Office, Home, Hospital, Hotel, shop, Market etc.

• Must have capability about production design of interior & exterior.

• Visit the project site or customer`s point to collect the measurement & required data.

• Prepare Cost Analysis as per design.

• To Provide technical direction to other professionals.

• Proper communication with all other departments of the Company if required and follow the instructions from management.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
