Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and D5 Render.
Should have basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Proficiency in REVIT, ArchiCAD, Rhino, or any BIM Software will get high priority.
Should have sound knowledge about Building Codes, Bidhimala & DAP.
Should be a Team player and must have Good communication skills.
Should be smart & energetic.
Should have fluency in English.

He/She will be responsible for designing new infrastructure by contributing creative design ideas.
Preparing the preliminary layout plan or proposal considering the findings of FAR & DAP
Prepare Architectural design with concept, presentation, and working drawings.
Must be able to read, understand, and coordinate other related drawings of Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, and Landscaping Design.
Able to work independently with little supervision.
Capable of preparing detail measurements, working drawings, interior designing, and detailing of layout plans, sections, elevations, and project plans.
Capable of preparing AutoCAD presentation, Sketch-Up, 3D Visualization, and Illustrations as per requirements of the project.
Knowledge of building technology and construction and can demonstrate it through graphic documents and verbal skills.
